The (very German) food was delicious and the portions generous. Great service and atmosphere too. The only drawback was the surprisingly high prices of the drinks.

Really nice waiter and excellent food. Caters well for vegetarians. They were very helpful in translating what we didn't know into English and it was all generous portions. I had 3 meats with potatoes and beans in peppercorn sauce. My girlfriend had a vegetable salad with cheese steaks. Brilliant.

Lovely food in a lovely setting. Super friendly staff, did not speak fluent english but were able to translate the menu and we got along just fine. Highly recommend the french onion soup. Amazing

Nice environment. Lots of people came here who all seemed to know each other and were really friendly. The portions are huge and full of buttery taste - I thought it was delicious. Also, good coffee. Well worth a visit if you're in town!
